Focused Portal ("we," "us," or "our") operates Focused Manifesting. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have regarding your information. By using our website and services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: Email address, password, first name, last name, and optional profile data (e.g., avatar) when you create an account or update your profile.
• Dream Board likeness photo (optional): If you choose to take a face photo in Dream Board Settings, we store it privately and send it to our image generation provider only when you ask for an AI image that includes you.
• User-Generated Content: Dream Board images (uploaded or AI-generated), Dream Plans (goals, action steps), Feel Good List, I Am List, Thank You list, Cancel Cancel items, Strengths & Weaknesses, and other content you create through the Platform.
• AI Conversations: Messages you exchange with our Sapphire AI assistant are stored to provide conversation history and improve your experience.
• Payment Information: Billing details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive and store transaction identifiers, subscription status, and billing-related metadata.
• Marketing & Waitlist: Contact information (e.g., name, email) submitted through forms such as our beta waitlist, which may be hosted or processed by third-party tools (e.g., Keap/Infusionsoft). We may change these tools from time to time.
• Customer & Relationship Data: If you contact us for support, we may store contact details, correspondence, and notes to manage our relationship with you. As we grow, we may use customer-relationship management (CRM) or similar systems to store and process this data.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device & Browser: Device type, browser type, operating system, and similar technical data.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and referral sources.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Authenticate users and manage accounts

3.1 Service Providers

We use third-party vendors who process data on our behalf and under contractual obligations. These include:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Mux: Video streaming for courses
• OpenAI: Sapphire AI chat functionality
• Runware: AI-powered image generation
• Keap / Infusionsoft: Marketing forms, email campaigns, and waitlist management (we may use alternative tools in the future)
• Other providers as needed to operate the Service

Each provider is bound by data protection agreements and uses your data only as instructed by us.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

3.4 We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data (see Section 7). Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our retention practices, except where retention is required by law.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, and secure authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have the right to: (a) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); (d) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at support@focusedmanifesting.com, and we will delete it promptly.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., local storage) to provide and improve the Service. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function—e.g., authentication and session management (via Supabase). You cannot disable these without losing access to core features. Functional cookies remember preferences and settings. If we use analytics tools, those cookies help us understand usage patterns. Some third-party services (payment processors, video players, marketing tools) may set their own cookies; their use is governed by their respective policies. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a set period. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent login or use of certain features. 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
